We wish each of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 2003 has brought us many blessings and we are truly thankful.

Camille's year was one of caring and sharing. Just recently she has started a new job working at Omaha Public Schools as an elementary paraprofessional. She had a great spring semester at University of Nebraska - Omaha, but she decided the working world was calling. Camille just left her seven-year job at Waldenbooks and now sharpens pencils for 2nd and 3rd graders. One of her first assignments was to interview and transcribe 2nd grader's instructions on how to cook a turkey … guts and all.

Wayne if finishing up 27 years with the telephone company. He is still in finance dealing with the state regulators. Qwest had a nice turn-around operationally this year and the job has been fun. We had a vacation trip to Billings and Wayne made his annual backpacking trip. This year he went to Arkansas in the last week of October.

Andy and Wayne hiked to the bottom of Lower Falls on the Yellowstone River. Yes, that is snow to the right of Andy.

Andy is now a sophomore at University of Missouri at Kansas City. He travels around the country on their debate team while majoring in economics. You can check out their web site at: http://www.umkc.edu/debate/ Andy is taking a class in existentialism and is planning to add philosophy as a major or a minor. In August he moved into an apartment and lives across the street from the northeast corner of campus in is just a short couple of blocks from KC's Country Club Plaza.

The above shot was taken in Yellowstone Park on the trip back from Billings.

Andy made it home one weekend in October and went to the Nebraska-Texas A&M game with Wayne.

On December 20, Charles graduates from the University of Missouri at Rolla with a bachelors of science in mechanical engineering and a minor in philosophy. He is currently looking for a job so we do not know where he going to land after the first of the year. Chas has been on the staff of the campus newspaper the Missouri-Miner and has also been involved at Delta Tau Delta.

Andy, Camille, and Wayne all drove to Billings to visit his folks in June. It was fun because we did the one way drive in 14 hours. Mom and Dad (Marge and Gil) are doing well and continue to cultivate a big garden.

Wayne used a simple point and shoot camera to catch this picture of the sunset on Lake Yellowstone.

Camille hosted a luncheon for her mom's 80th birthday day this year. She's one tough rummy player.

Arkansas was beautiful the last week of October. Wayne and his buddies Mike and Bill hiked a section of the Ozark - Highlands backpacking trail. Check back for a link to the web page of the photos (under construction).
